Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 months of experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Dependable team player who enjoys helping others

Responsibilities

• Follow receptionist processes and procedures to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform general clerical duties
• Greet visitors, identify their needs, and direct them appropriately
• Direct clients to our lounge and connect them with team members for updates
• Help resolve customer concerns and ensure they’re directed to the right person
• Monitor demo vehicle keys and maintain logs as needed
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked
• Assist with preparing customer welcome gift bags for RV deliveries (may involve stairs) and other events
• Participate in department meetings
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed
