Position Function: Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication to project a warm, welcoming and professional environment respecting service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics. Facilitate effective communication between program participants and staff whether in-person, on the phone, or in writing. Work with the full time receptionist to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide additional support to daily operations as directed by Evaluation Manager.
