About The Position

Lynch Ford of Mukwonago is looking for a Part-time Evening Receptionist. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you will be responsible for answering phones, redirecting phone calls for customers, greeting customers to ensure they are being helped, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm; Friday 3:00pm-6:00pm; Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm
Some flexibility with weekday start-times; Saturday workdays average 2 a month

Requirements

• Flexible & organized
• Able to work independently
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience preferred, but not necessary
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Answering and transferring phone calls
• Cashiering for sales
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Miscellaneous tasks assigned by Managers
