Requirements

Must be of legal age to carry a firearm.
Must have firearms handling experience and a strong understanding of range safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

RSO certification preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Supervise and maintain a safe, professional shooting environment.
Enforce range rules and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide safety briefings and ensure proper firearm handling at all times.
Assist guests with range equipment, firearm malfunctions, and general questions.
Respond promptly and effectively to any safety concerns or emergencies.
Monitor activity via CCTV for safety compliance.
Perform routine tasks including restocking supplies and range upkeep.
Maintain a friendly and professional presence on the range at all times.
