Requirements
- 1 year of experience in an early childhood classroom (licensed childcare or preschool)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to complete background check, TB test, and any required state training
Responsibilities
- Support children ages infant through Pre-K in safe, engaging classrooms
- Fill in for classroom teachers during absences, breaks, or staffing gaps
- Follow the daily routine with guidance from lead teachers and center staff
- Provide nurturing, hands-on care and age-appropriate activities
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment — every day looks different!
