Overview: Teaching at Westwood Children's School Are you interested in joining a team of early childhood teachers and working in an environment that nurtures and challenges children to reach their maximum potential? In doing so, the Westwood Children's School provides a stimulating environment with positive, nurturing care and a well-developed curriculum. The School provides a variety of experiences and activities designed to encourage children to learn about themselves, their friends, and their surroundings. This is done in small and large group experiences, quiet times and active play, as well as indoor and outdoor activities. Position Description: 20-25 hours/week ; 9:45-5:45 pm Hours: Monday - Friday (flexible on the days) x 3-4 days a week Year-round position Work as part of a teaching team, alongside other qualified infant staff We staff one over the state required ratios in each of our classrooms
