Requirements
- Licensed PT (or soon-to-be graduate)
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to excellent patient care
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, evidence-based PT services
- Help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence
- Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care
