About The Position

Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at St. Paul's Senior Living Community in Greenville, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member. NOTE: For this role, we can consider a part time status of 20-25 hours on average weekly. The schedule can be flexible, 2-4 days per week, with one rotating weekend day or willingness to be available weekends to cover admissions. 🎓 New grads are encouraged to apply! This position will qualify for a $3,000 Sign On Bonus

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work weekdays on consistant basis - this is NOT a Casual PRN position

Nice To Haves

• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
