About The Position

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Contract Paralegal with experience supporting corporate contract matters. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work on a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities: Assist with drafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of corporate and commercial agreements (e.g., vendor agreements, service contracts, partnership agreements). Support contract lifecycle management, including version control, tracking key dates, and ensuring timely execution. Conduct legal research related to corporate, regulatory, and compliance issues. Maintain organized and up-to-date contract records and corporate files. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed to facilitate efficient contract workflows. Provide general paralegal support to the legal team, including administrative legal tasks. Qualifications: Paralegal certificate or relevant academic work; bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, including corporate contract experience. Strong understanding of contract structure, standard legal terms, and basic corporate governance principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and contract management tools (preferred). Experience working as an independent contractor or in a remote environment is a plus. Contract Details: Part-time, flexible hours (estimated 5-10 hours per week, depending on workload). 1099 contractor - benefits are no included in this role Remote-friendly with document reviews as needed. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.

Requirements
