Currently looking to fill for multiple locations ---- from Neptune Beach to West Duval Benefits of Part Time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist: Hourly rate of $15.00/hr plus service based pay Additional pay for bilingual skills Annual Professional Development stipend Strong mentorship, clinical support, and team-based culture Mission-driven work with real community impact Job Summary: hourly base rate plus service-based pay (20 to 29 hrs per week) between the hours of M-Th 7:30a-7p and/or F 7:30a-5p Under the direct supervision of the Licensed Clinical Supervisor the therapist is responsible for providing high quality therapeutic services to clients and their families within the family systems approach.
Requirements
- Conferred Master’s degree and completed internship from a FL license-eligible program that allows the practitioner to register as an intern in the social work, therapeutic mental health counseling or marriage and family therapy disciplines.
- Moderate computer skills are also required, such as using Microsoft Office Suite and using an electronic health record.
- Current FL driver’s license and good driving record plus reliable transportation with automobile liability insurance is also required.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience providing therapeutic services to families and developing treatment plans based on current DSM/ICD diagnoses.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Provides quality therapeutic services to a full caseload of clients
- Meeting or exceeding team productivity, billing, and administrative standards
- Develops and completes intake forms, psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans and progress notes within the required timeframe in the Electronic Health Record System
