About The Position

The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role assists with data entry, order processing, and administrative support for the sales team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-=oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-pace environment.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the company software system
  • Assist with order entry and basic order processing
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
  • Maintain organized records and files
  • Assists with general office tasks such as document preparation, scanning, and filing
  • Respond to internal requests and assist with basic office coordination
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
