About The Position

The Office Assistant will provide general office support to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Professional demeanor and dependable attendance

  • Prior administrative or office experience

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Preparing and sending correspondence, including letters and emails
  • Making outbound phone calls as needed
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Creating, editing, and formatting documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Assisting with job-related paperwork and documentation
  • Supporting office staff with general administrative duties
  • Maintaining organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
  • Other basic office duties as assigned
