This Role handles a few key responsibilities: Daily Sales Reconciliations Store Email Stewardship. Facilitating incoming mail and necessary communication from it. Maintaining accounts payable and receivable daily balancing with safe count. What are the regular hours? 7/8am-11am are the normal hours to facilitate these duties With someone seeking full-time hours, there is the option to learn normal operations that would follow morning admin duties. Experience required? Some background or experience in office admin. or book-keeping is mandatory for this role. Experience with quick books (or comparable software) would be a plus but not required. Required Education/Skills B.S. Degree in Business Management or Related Discipline. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer Literate Microsoft Office Proficient OR Two years management experience. Minimum one year Book Keeping. Specialized Techniques/Knowledge Excellent human relation skills, planning and creative skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and complete them within specified deadlines. Discretion when handling sensitive information. Integrity in money management. Requirements

  • Some background or experience in office admin. or book-keeping is mandatory for this role.
