About The Position

Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, a nationally recognized “Best Firm to Work For,” is seeking a Part-time (20-25 hours per week) Office Administrator with a positive, collaborative work style for our Orlando, FL Office. This position plays an important role in providing support for business operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with a service mentality. He/she will provide administrative support of a highly complex and responsible nature, interfacing regularly, comfortably, and confidently with individuals at all levels both inside and outside the company. Responsibilities include: Facilitating project logistics such as setting up meetings, first-line of IT conference rooms, conference calls, and other tech-related needs; Providing additional support to the Office President as needed; A variety of administrative and clerical duties, to include preparation, distribution, and filing of correspondence, reports, contracts, and spreadsheets; vendor meeting set-up and coordination; travel coordination; expense reports; answering phones and greeting guests as they arrive; handling distribution and shipment of all FedEx/UPS packages, mail, and sample returns; and Providing project assistance as needed, such as plotting, assembling, or scanning drawing sets; collecting municipality project requirements, and coordinating with departments in other offices. Maintaining office cleanliness: loading/unloading the dishwasher, setting up & cleaning up for vendor meetings, keeping all office items stocked, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the storage room. Supporting the rollout and execution of corporate programs (Marketing, HR, IT, etc.) through administration, coordination, and communications. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working in an architectural firm or other professional services firm preferred
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-demand environment
