About The Position

Toyota of Charleston is hiring for a part-time administrator. Our administrators are talented multitaskers who work closely with other departments to ensure the paperwork and deposits are correct, assisting with DMV and bank runs, as well as other office duties. They also assist our receptionists to make sure the customer's experience on the phones with us is a pleasant one. They will also assist in filling in for any vacations. This position is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays from 1pm-7 pm and 12pm-5pm on the last Sunday of every month. This is an hourly paid position at $17/hr.
