About The Position

Apex Entertainment is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training a plus
  • Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager with scheduling, paperwork, and administrative tasks
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, manage all other office duties
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Assist in coordinating staff schedules and internal communications
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
