A bit about us: We are a loving, health-conscious family who values routine, kindness, and emotional awareness. I’m looking to have some much-needed “Me Time” in my day, and we are also considering having another child. We enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring parks, and sharing meals together. Our family responds well to calm energy and structure, and we are looking for someone who can blend into our rhythm and become a trusted part of our team. Our 3-year-old son is a ball of energy! He is on the spectrum, and it can feel more like caring for a 1-year-old in terms of his cognitive, verbal development, and eating habits. He’s very sweet and likes squeezes. He loves climbing, kinetic sand, music, Ms Rachel, and swimming! A bit about you: You are calm, patient, and confident, with experience supporting children with autism or similar developmental needs. You are physically active, attentive to safety, and able to keep up with a busy, mobile child. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable helping with household tasks while maintaining a nurturing presence. You communicate thoughtfully and know how to read a room and adapt your approach.
