About The Position

We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Nanny in Austin, TX 78744 A family in Southeast Austin (Easton Park) is seeking a part-time nanny for their 6-month-old for an immediate start. Care is needed long-term, Monday through Friday from 10am–4pm. The child enjoys reading music books, being sung to, and other age appropriate, hands-on activities. The family is looking for a dependable and experienced nanny to provide nurturing and developmentally appropriate care. Start date: Immediate Length of Position: Long-term Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm Compensation: $25 per hour

Requirements

• 2 years of paid professional infant care experience
• CPR & First Aid certified, or willing to become certified
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
• Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening

Responsibilities

• Diaper changing
• Bottle and solid feeding
• Facilitating nap times
• Engaging in age-appropriate activities (reading, music, walks, etc.)
• Baby’s laundry
• Light housekeeping related to the child

Benefits

• This position pays $25 per hour, and the family is looking for 30 hours of care per week.
• 2 vacation days per year
• 3 sick/personal days per year
