About The Position

We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Nanny in Fuquay Varina, NC 27526 A lovely family in Fuquay Varina seeks a part time nanny for their 18 month old for an immediate start. Care is needed Monday through Thursday from 5:30pm to 9pm. There may be 3-4 days each month when care is not needed; however, the nanny will be compensated for those days and notified 1-2 weeks in advance. The child is easy going, loves to play, and is lactose intolerant. There is a small friendly dog in the home; no pet care is needed. Start date: Immediate Length of Position: 3 months, with the possibility to extend Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:30pm-9pm Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional toddler care experience
• CPR certified, or willingness to become certified
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
• Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record & valid auto insurance
• Must have a reliable vehicle to transport the child
• Comfortable with friendly dogs

Responsibilities

• Driving the child
• Daycare pick-ups (7-minute drive)
• Meal preparation for child
• Engaging in play with the child
• Bath & bed time routines
• Light housekeeping related to the child
• Diaper changing
