Part Time Merchandiser- Flexible Schedule
About The Position
This is an opportunity to join Harper Group, an innovative sales and marketing agency. The company is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Merchandiser to maintain greeting card rack displays for 2 retail stores within the Waynesboro, VA area. This position offers flexible scheduling, estimated to be 2-3 hours every 2-3 weeks. Requirements
- Merchandising experience (in the gift industry preferred)
- Must be reliable, and willing to visit the store once every other week
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to read and understand English
- Access to transportation
- Use of small manual and powered hand tools
- Maintain a quick work pace with optimum time management to improve productivity

Responsibilities
- Traveling to each store location every other week
- Merchandise Avanti greeting card racks
- Rotate products from the backroom stock and out to the department
- Setting up and taking down seasonal cards using plan-o-grams
- Use mobile technology to perform required job functions during each store visit; photo of the completed display, complete a quick and simple survey following the store visit
- Developing strong relationships with retail customers
