About The Position

This is an opportunity to join Harper Group, an innovative sales and marketing agency, as a Part-Time Merchandiser. The role is designed for individuals who can work independently, create their own schedule, and meet monthly goals, leveraging their merchandising, customer service, and organizational skills. The position involves maintaining greeting card rack displays for two retail stores in the Sterling, VA area. It is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, estimated to require 2-4 hours every 2-3 weeks. All part-time associates receive sick time. Requirements

Merchandising experience (in the gift industry preferred)
Must be reliable, and willing to visit the store once every other week.
Ability to work independently
Ability to read and understand English
Access to transportation
Use of small manual and powered hand tools
Maintain a quick work pace with optimum time management to improve productivity

Responsibilities

Traveling to each store location every other week.
Merchandise Avanti greeting card racks.
Rotate products from the backroom stock and out to the department.
Setting up and taking down seasonal cards using plan-o-grams.
Use your mobile technology to perform required job functions during each store visit; photo of the completed display, complete a quick and simple survey following the store visit.
