About The Position

At Goldfish Swim School, we care about providing top-notch swim lessons to combat the ever-growing drowning statistics. We also have a reputation for our golden experience & WOW customer service, thanks to the culture created by our team members. We’re looking for part time front desk sales associates who can contribute to swim lesson success by providing guidance on new and existing swim lesson memberships both on the phone and in person during swim lessons. Front Desk Sales Associates introduce families to our program and guide them through their first days at Goldfish and support swimmers as they progress from mini and junior swimmers to gliders and pros. Requirements

Love talking to people and making them feel confident in their decisions
Get energy from helping families say “yes” to something meaningful
Can balance being warm and friendly with confidently asking for the sale
Enjoy working towards goals and celebrating wins, both big and small
Are able to build rapport with parents and family members and utilize all available resources to meet their needs
Use observation, conversation and relationship-development skills to identify parent concerns and offer solutions
Parents trust you as their go-to resource throughout their swim journey
Families feel welcomed, informed and excited to enroll
New inquiries are contacted promptly and converted into memberships
You consistently contribute to strong membership retention and growth
Sales, customer service or hospitality experience preferred (we’ll train the right personality!)

Responsibilities

Provide guidance on new and existing swim lesson memberships both on the phone and in person during swim lessons.
