Requirements

• Previous experience in a reception or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage the spa’s appointment calendar
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle client communications
• Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting
• Support administrative tasks such as processing payments and managing retail inventory
