We are a multi-state law firm seeking a new addition to our office support staff in our Oklahoma office. This person will perform administrative and office support activities for the firm. Duties may include, fielding telephone calls, drafting/producing documents, data entry, filing, and faxing. Person must have great oral and written communication skills, be a team player and have a strong work ethic. Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are desired. This position is ideal for someone with 2+ years of office/clerical experience. Previous legal experience is a plus, and a Notary license is preferred.
