About The Position

Genesis Global Group (GGG) is a consortium of entities and institutes, in the fields of biotechnology, hospitality, real-estate investment and development, manufacturing and health care. GGG has multiple locations domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree is a plus but not required.
  • 3 - 5 years of legal experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to perform legal research using Lexis-Nexis and other research tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Good interpersonal skills, flexibility and enthusiasm to see projects through to completion

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the review and drafting of letters and legal documents
  • Complete applications for insurance coverage and compile documents for insurance audits
  • Maintain governmental and commercial healthcare managed care provider agreements utilizing online portals
  • Submit online registrations and renewals to governmental regulatory agencies
  • Handle entity formations and dissolutions and prepare and/or obtain related documents
  • Prepare residential leases from template
  • Provide administrative and organization support for corporate-related projects
  • Conduct legal research and assist with special projects as needed
  • Perform related job duties as required
