About The Position

Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field. Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in project management in engineering or construction environments. Industry experience in BIM , VDC , or digital construction workflows including leadership roles in implementation or coordination. Experience teaching at the undergraduate or graduate levels. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ph.D. in a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
• Prior university-level teaching experience.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Industry experience in engineering or construction project leadership roles.
• Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting.
• Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
