About The Position

Mandel Group, Inc. is searching for a Part-Time apartment Leasing Professional to complete our team at Library Hill located in Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If you excel at customer service, are personable, can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and embody a professional demeanor, you're a great fit for a role as a Leasing Professional with Mandel! As a Leasing Professional, you'll handle a variety of tasks throughout the day and week, dabbling in sales, marketing and resident retention duties. You'll work closely with the other office team members and maintenance staff to make each day amazing for your residents and ensure we’re providing the finest customer service possible. Flexible start date between now and early May, based on candidates’ availability. Anticipated position end date of August 31, 2026.Flexible schedule available, previous retail/sales experience and/or leasing is strongly preferred along with computer skills. Please note that this leasing position will require weekend shifts.

Requirements

Up to 29 hours per week, including Saturdays 9am-2pm
Previous leasing experience or experience in retail/sales is required

Responsibilities

Quickly develop complete product knowledge of your apartment community
Respond to and convert e-mail and phone leads with prospective residents, into on-site personal tours of the apartment units
Maintain an effective closing ratio and lease apartments
Process applications and draft legal lease agreements using a template
Understand and follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times
Know competitive products and communicate trends/market conditions to the office team
Provide amazing customer service and assist residents with issues or concerns
General administrative duties
Other duties to assist overall property management efforts
