About The Position

Point Real Estate Management is looking to add a Part-Time Leasing Agent to our growing team! This position will be based at our leasing office in Plover, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents through customer service focus.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is friendly, motivated, and energetic!

General Description:

Promote leasing, retention and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales
• Knowledge of professional business discipline
• High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents.
• Invite prospects to tour.
• Record traffic and leasing activity.
• Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view.
• Maintain monthly market survey and knowledge of competition.
• Maintain hospitality center for prospective residents.
• Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Walk through units to ensure they are ready.
• Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums.
• Promote other income items.
• Prepare renewal paperwork.
• Accept rental payments
• Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties
