About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize assignments.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist current and prospective residents.
• Develop full knowledge of information required for the rental application, screening processes, rental policies, lease terms, and community policies.
• Show apartments to prospects and schedule appointments.
• Prepare leases and other paperwork to be signed.
• File and maintain resident files.
• Receive maintenance requests from current residents.
• Advertise available apartments through various online channels as directed by the Property Manager.
• Conduct secret shopping of competitors' apartment communities.
• Perform check-ins for new residents.
• Assist the Property Manager with pre-inspections and turnovers.
• Post resident notices and water bills, prepare property newsletters, and plan special events for residents.
• Assist the Property Manager in the collection of delinquent rents.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances about the property or residents to the Property Manager.
• Work Saturday hours for weekend showings as needed.
