You will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences that help improve skills and performance. Working collaboratively with subject matter experts, HR, and business leaders, you will have the opportunity to create high-quality learning content. This position allows you to impact the growth and development of employees while ensuring compliance and effective onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in learning and development and instructional design.
  • Proven experience in creating impactful learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP administration.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in instructional design, especially in sales training or AI preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
  • Design and develop engaging, creative, and high-quality learning content.
  • Maintain and revise existing learning materials, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Administer compliance training programs and track completion rates.
  • Design and facilitate onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Develop and administer evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
