About The Position

This employee will assist in the general operation of the location by providing support to all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply. MFA supports employee growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas, fostering new skills for additional support.
Requirements
- Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
- Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
- Desire to thrive in agriculture and seek a key role in the industry
- Embody our commitment to success and reflect our company culture
- Have or are willing to develop basic technical skills
