As an HR Generalist at Kumon North America, you will: Support Associate Experience: Serve as a key point of contact for employees, fostering positive relationships and engagement. Drive HR Programs: Assist across core HR functions including performance management, talent management, and learning & development. Promote Culture & DEI: Support initiatives that strengthen company culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Advise & Coach: Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development. Analyze & Improve: Review HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to programs and processes. Ensure Compliance: Support HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations.
