Requirements

  • HR experience required
  • Must be able to work the scheduled days and hours (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site consistently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred
  • Previous payroll experience preferred
  • Union experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks
  • Support HR functions including employee records, onboarding, and documentation
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Maintain and update HR spreadsheets and reports using Excel and Google Workspace
  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and internal reporting
  • Support compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle miscellaneous HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
