Job Details Jefferson Health is seeking dedicated and dynamic Hospitalists to join our expanding inpatient medicine team at Abington Hospital. As a Hospitalist at Abington, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population in one of the region’s most respected community teaching hospitals. Job Description Responsibilities include: Providing direct inpatient care and managing hospitalized adult patients. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and continuous care. Participating in clinical rounds, patient consultations, and discharge planning. Documenting care in a timely and accurate manner using EPIC EMR. Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
