In addition, Northwest Journey provides therapeutic support services for children, adolescents, and families transitioning back to the community from out-of-home placements. The Group Facilitator (GF) plans, implements, and documents mental health groups in compliance with certification guidelines, payer guidelines, and agency standards. The Group Facilitator will receive guidance, support and supervision from both the Program Director and the Licensed Mental Health Professional
