Part-Time Greeter - Evenings and Saturdays
About The Position

Bobby Rahal BMW of South Hills is looking for a Greeter to work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm; and Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm. The Greeter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to making our clients feel welcome at the dealership. This position interacts daily via inbound/outbound calls with clients, as well as direct interaction with the sales and service teams just to name a few.
Requirements
- Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
- Professional and friendly phone skills with a passion for customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and driving record check
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and other visitors that come into the showroom.
- Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
- Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
- Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.
- General office duties such as emailing, copying, filing and faxing.
