About The Position

What You’ll Do Create a warm welcome for every arriving guest and a gracious farewell at departure. Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest messages, and reservations (training provided; scheduling software experience helpful but not required). Keep the front desk, lobby, and guest areas organized, welcoming, and in harmony with our atmosphere. Communicate clearly with kitchen, housekeeping, and management to ensure guest needs are met with ease. Support guests with information, directions, and small touches that make their stay feel like home. Stay engaged during quieter hours by keeping spaces clean, tidy, restocking, and preparing for arrivals. Who You Are Reliable, punctual, and professional - presence and timeliness are essential. Experienced in hospitality, customer service, or reception roles (hotel/lodge experience a plus). Comfortable with technology; scheduling or reservation software experience is helpful but not required. A natural communicator with warmth, patience, and attention to detail. Someone who thrives in an intimate, values-driven environment where every role matters.
