About The Position

TITLE OF OPEN POSITION: Part Time Food Service Aide - Gillette Elementary School Wednesdays 11:15 a.m.-12:45 p.m. APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL: December 8,2025 or until suitable candidate is found.

Requirements

• High School diploma preferred
• References from reliable sources
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

Responsibilities

• Assists with primary lunch duties as directed.
• Distributes pre-ordered lunches to students in coordination with the food service vendor.
• Maintains a system for orderly food purchase by pupils, disposal of food waste, return of trays and utensils to the appropriate area.
• Maintains orderly serving areas.
• Coordinates and maintains records and files related to food services operations.
• Coordinates volunteers to assist with lunch program.
• Assists families with monthly ordering of lunches as necessary.
• Assists in other areas as directed.
