Job Skills / Requirements Position Overview: Sunstates Security is currently hiring for a Part-Time Flex Unarmed Security Officer . This position is essential to maintaining consistent and uninterrupted security coverage across multiple client sites. The Flex Officer provides trained, reliable support by covering shifts that become open due to illness, call-offs, vacations, weather, or other operational needs. This ensures Sunstates delivers continuous service to our clients while supporting the work-life balance of assigned personnel. Requirements: Previous security experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in multiple environments (indoors and outdoors) Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods A Security Officer may perform a variety of duties as outlined in Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Officers are expected to become knowledgeable of site-specific directives and act quickly and efficiently according to those guidelines. Scheduling Expectations: The scheduling parameters and expectations for a Flex Officer differ from those assigned to a fixed post.
