About The Position
Penn State Hazleton is seeking qualified part-time faculty to teach undergraduate courses in the sciences, including but not limited to Microbiology, General Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry. Courses will be taught in person on the Penn State Hazleton campus.
Requirements
- A minimum of a master’s degree in the relevant discipline (or closely related field) is required
- Submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and contact information for three professional references
Nice To Haves
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching at the college level
- Teaching assignments may include day or evening times and various methods of course delivery.
- Most classes will be in-person, with occasional opportunities for hybrid or online teaching.
