Part-Time Faculty of Occupational Therapy
About The Position
The University of Findlay is accepting applications for a part-time instructor who brings relevant teaching experience in Occupational Therapy. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or a relevant field, or master's degree in occupational therapy with a terminal academic degree and must possess Ohio Occupational Therapy licensure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of course and/or laboratory teaching including content and delivery for workload assigned. Candidates should have the ability to function well within a collegial, collaborative work environment. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and a desire to work with students in a university setting that prides itself on providing close relationships between students and faculty. The University of Findlay assumes responsibility for the assignment of faculty to courses and committee assignments, student advising, and input for curriculum planning. Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or a relevant field, or master's degree in occupational therapy with a terminal academic degree
- Ohio Occupational Therapy licensure.
- Relevant teaching experience in Occupational Therapy.
- Strong communication skills
