TeachesYSU1500: Success Seminar. Provides a range of direct student support services including instruction, programs, academic advising, intervention, and personal support to a caseload of first-year students each year in both the fall and spring semesters. Excellent interpersonal skills and a student-first attitude; ability to work independently, collaboratively, and cooperatively as a team member; strong attention to detail; strong time management skills that ensure the ability to manage a caseload of advisees. Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students promptly. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university-provided tools and resources.
