Understanding the company's brand, products, and clients Assisting with the execution of internal and external local events Supporting logistics and shipments for national trade shows and corporate events. Providing accurate, complete, and reliable event information to internal teams Following brand guidelines to ensure a consistent look, layout, and overall event design Managing multiple events simultaneously, meeting numerous deadlines, and collaborating effectively with internal teams Responding to internal requests professionally and within deadlines Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all event materials stored both on-site and in off-site storage locations. Monitor inventory levels and proactively alert the team when supplies or materials are running low to ensure timely replenishment. Assisting the Event Manager in coordinating events as needed Pack & ship event assets to event venues so that they arrive on time.
