Requirements

Dealership experience required.
A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Detail oriented with great organizational skills.
The ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
High school or equivalent (Required)
Parts Counter Associate: 1 year (Required)
Automotive dealership parts and/or service department: 2 years (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Must be capable of passing background/MVR check and pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

CDK/DMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer relationships, going above and beyond to ensure a lifetime customer.
Perform retail sales counter transactions for parts and catalog items.
Assist with wholesale parts, including inventory and shipping and receiving.
Obtain brand specific product knowledge and present the knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product.
Work closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience.
