Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
Responsibilities
- Operate the switchboard telephone system
- Provide basic information for general inquiries
- Assist the General Manager with clerical tasks
- Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with customers and employees
- Process cash, check, and credit card payments
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and direct them to the appropriate person
- Must be reliable and a strong communicator
