Requirements

Windows environment computer skills (Microsoft Word/ Outlook).
Excellent telephone skills.
Familiar with office equipment.
Math and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good organizational skills.
Able to juggle multiple tasks.
Outgoing, friendly, courteous, and professional conduct with all team members, residents, visitors, vendors, etc.
Able to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

Greet all visitors and guests in a welcoming and professional manner. Announce visitors and ensure security measures are followed.
Answers all incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner in accordance with established telephone procedures
Offer information to staff, residents and guests in a pro-active and professional manner.
Provide clerical support as needed to all departments.
Accept and dispense packages and deliveries such as prescriptions, flowers, etc.
Monitor and respond to security and fire systems.
Assist with hurricane preparedness and emergencies.
Other duties as assigned.
