About The Position

Essential Functions: Greet & assist visitors/prospective students/adjunct staff. Provide information to visitors/prospective students. Assist in general office operations as required. Stay up to date on ACD course offerings & other Tulsa Tech offerings. Monitor instructors check in/out for accurate reporting of time. Inform ACD Admin/Campus Admin of any emergencies, incidents, or accidents. Check out & in classroom books and keys to adjunct staff. Contact IT Night Support when required. Reassign classrooms when required & communicate changes. Assist in classroom & or personnel discipline issues in absence of Adult Coordinator & report to ACD Coordinator & Administration. Contact 1st Responder/EMSA/ACD Coordinator/ACD Admin in the event of a medical emergency. Communicate facilities issues with appropriate staff (i.e. building use issues, etc.). Perform all other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Requires 3 years of experience in business or education, with excellent administrative and organizational skills, as well as written and oral communication.
  • Requires sound judgment, decision making and problem solving capabilities.
  • Position also requires ability to multi-task and perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines/requirements for accuracy and quality and/or fast pace.
  • Associates degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required
