About The Position
Are you a compassionate, dedicated LPN looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors? Join our team at Forest Hill Heights, where your clinical skills and caring heart will be valued every day. Schedule: Part Time Evenings 2:30pm-11pm. Must be able to do every other weekend and every other holiday.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in MD
- Passion for working with seniors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing care to residents
- Administer or assist with medication for residents according to care plans
- Monitor residents’ health and report changes
