About The Position
We are looking for a CADC Counselor or Licensed Therapist to join our team! This position facilitates the substance use disorder recovery process for clients in a trauma informed care setting that promotes a strong team environment of support. The schedule for this position will be part time evening hours (9-12 hours per week; M, T Th from 5: or 6pm - 9pm). The pay range for this position is $30-$40 per hour. Requirements
- Licensed as either a CADC, LCADC, LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC in New Jersey required
- Minimum of 3 years of direct services in co-occurring treatment preferred
Nice To Haves
- Masters level clinical degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing Joint Commission standards and New Jersey licensure criteria to all aspects of treatment and documentation.
- Conducting individual sessions, facilitating process groups, family sessions, and psychoeducational lectures.
- Demonstrating knowledge and application of ASAM criteria and NJSAMS.
- Working with the Clinical Director to assure guidance and support for clinical growth.
