We need a dependable and organized dispatcher who can help coordinate and support our field team while delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a critical role for someone who wants to grow within the home services industry and be an integral part of a fast-paced, high-performing team. The Part-Time Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating service operations, supporting field technicians, and ensuring clear, timely communication with customers & field team alike.
Requirements

- Mechanical aptitude, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer service inquiries
- Schedule, dispatch, and adjust technician assignments to ensure efficient service delivery
- Communicate job details, updates, and changes with field staff in real time
- Monitor job progress and maintain accurate records of calls, jobs, and customer information
- Support fleet readiness, including basic tracking of maintenance and repair needs
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory counts, and material replenishment
- Provide responsive, professional support during urgent and emergency situations
- Perform other duties as assigned
